Funding
Over the years the Trust has funded grant aid with income from the investment of its original endowment. It now intends to use its capital more actively to restore historic buildings to a use that will provide a return, and so allow re-investment in future projects on a greater scale.
Our capital is modest. We cannot complete a major project on our own, but we can do all the ground work, make a significant contribution, and attract/co-ordinate funding from a wide range of other sources. With YOUR help we can achieve our end.
We are looking to other public bodies to support our work as part of the wider national interest, and we are looking to raise funds locally for those aspects of the work that will have specific local application.
